Board of Education Meeting Lottery
Should Board of Education meetings take place in person for the 2020-2021 school year, audience members shall be limited to a maximum of 25 people and shall be chosen by lottery. Audience members may not attend two back-to-back meetings unless the maximum number of audience members has not been met (this applies to no-shows as well). To join the lottery, those interested must submit a form (see links to forms below). Forms must be received by 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Those chosen by the lottery will BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL THE DAY BEFORE THE MEETING. Please be sure to provide a valid email address and white list firstname.lastname@example.org Those chosen will receive a pass that they must print out and bring to the meeting. In addition, attendees will be required to complete a COVID-19 screening the day of the meeting and prior to entering the meeting. Audience members should arrive no later than the public meeting start time (7:00 p.m.).
NOTE: WALK-INS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
