Virtual Concert for Fourth-Graders

When our current district fourth-graders enter George Fischer Middle School next year, they will have the opportunity to follow a musical path (or two!) by joining the band, orchestra or chorus ensembles. On Friday, our fourth-graders, districtwide, were treated to a virtual music performance and mini informational session from their sixth-grade peers in the CCSD Music Department!

The presentation highlighted brief introductions to the ensembles, instruments and music teachers and included a musical showcase from each group.

The music department will be offering the fourth-grade student additional in-depth information on each of the musical ensembles later this year to help the students choose a musical path when they enter middle school in the fall!
